Matric Exam Center in Lahore Sold to Cheaters for Rs. 80,000
Punjab’s Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat exposed a scandal during the ongoing Matric Annual Exams 2024 in Lahore, revealing that exam centers were sold to the cheating mafia for Rs. 80,000 each. He faced threats and offers from them.

Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat vowed to prevent Punjab from facing exam cheating like Sindh and Karachi. He suspended the BISE chairman and accused him and the exams controller of being involved in the cheating syndicate. About 30 people were arrested.
The Education Minister revealed plans to sell the mathematics paper and criticized unqualified overseers at exam centers. The commissioner of Lahore and the Controller of Exams at BISE Lahore are taking disciplinary actions under relevant laws.
